About The Position

Responsibilities

• Pull finished goods parts from bins using a pick list and possibly a radio-frequency device to fill customer orders.
• Enter orders into the computer database using a bar code scanner.
• Package orders according to specifications and prepare them for labeling and distribution.
• Type pertinent information into shipping software to generate printed labels for product shipment.
• Examine shipment containers for damage and verify the accuracy of packing slips and invoices.
• Enter material information into the business computer system and generate receipt travelers for material traceability.
• Transport materials using a fork-lift, pallet jack, or truck as needed.
