Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new distribution partnerships with industrial distributors and national retailers.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing wholesale partners and tool truck operators.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to balance growth and profitability.
  • Own P&L for distribution channels with revenue and margin accountability.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing on product launches and promotions.
  • Develop scalable processes for onboarding and managing channel performance.
