About The Position
Littelfuse is seeking a dynamic Distribution Sales Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within distributors at all levels and across multiple functional areas. Your primary focus will be to support and grow the Littelfuse distribution sales channel within the region. As the main interface for Branch Managers, Product Managers, and sales personnel/reps for key distributors, you will work to gain maximum mind share and establish mutual growth objectives with distributors. This will be driven by effective training programs such as new product introductions (NPI), marketing programs, and inventory investment. You will also link sales and branch Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to maximize multi-technology demand creation and sales. Your responsibilities will include providing quotation support and follow-up input on key regional inventory requirements. Additionally, you will conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with focus distributors, plan and conduct regular distribution product trainings, and coordinate and implement sales incentives and promotions for the regional distribution business. You will create, track, and follow up with Littelfuse and distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programs, support and maintain Littelfuse's Distributor Registration program, and maintain a regular call frequency at all regional core distributors.
