The Distribution Sales Manager – Southeast manages customer accounts with attention to maintaining strong relationships with existing customer base, exploring additional sales opportunities, and resolution of issues. Responsible for generating profitable growth with existing customer base and identifying new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or university degree
  • Five to seven years of experience in Sales
  • Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to maintain effective working relationships with Sales teams, local Sales Reps, Channel Partners, Product Managers, Technical Marketing, Marcom and Corporate functions

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within Distributors at all levels and across multiple functional areas
  • Support and grow the LF distribution sales channel within the region
  • Primary interface for Branch Managers, Product Managers, and sales personnel/reps for key distributors in order to gain maximum mind share
  • Establish and execute on mutual growth objectives with distributors driven by effective training programs such as NPI (new product introduction), marketing programs and inventory investment
  • Link sales and branch FAEs to maximize multi-technology demand creation and sales quotation support and follow up input on key regional inventory requirements
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with focus distributors
  • Plan and conduct regular distribution product trainings
  • Coordinate and implement sales incentives and promotions for regional distribution business
  • Create, track, and follow up with LF and Distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programs
  • Support and maintain LF’s Distributor Registration program
  • Maintain a regular call frequency at all regional core distributors
  • Other duties as assigned
