Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in electronic components.
  • Strong sales discipline and negotiation capabilities.
  • Experience managing through outside sales channels (distributor/rep).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Trend and systematic analysis.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Capable of managing large distributor.

Responsibilities

  • Increase the volume and velocity of PIDSA CD component sales through strategic distributor(s) resulting in above profitable sales growth.
  • Increase sales revenue (volume and velocity) at assigned distributors.
  • Manage product mix.
  • Manage efficient inventory levels.
  • Manage SCM.
  • Comprehensive distribution account management.
  • Corporate HQ and all branch management.
  • Manage, Maintain, Control the Distributor.
  • Conduct analytical analysis of Market, Competitor, DTAM, POS, POA, Price, Inventory, etc.
  • Perform product level analysis.
  • Conduct branch level analysis.
  • Manage distributor promotions programs and special product incentive plans.
  • Manage all Panasonic staff activities at distribution sites.
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to support sales goals.
  • Increase customer satisfaction.
  • Forecasting.
  • Prepare FY budget and MTP.
  • Ensure accurate PSI, FLASH.
  • CRM Reporting.
  • Work with sales to follow up on specific focus opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create an annual plan/schedule.
  • Assure collection ratio in line with PIC goals.
  • Minimize credit losses.
  • Minimize inventory losses.
  • Maximize profits.
