The position of Distribution Receiving Clerk is integral to the Surgical Sales Operations team, supporting the fast-growing Enovis Surgical division located in Austin, TX. This role involves ensuring safety, quality, and delivery of products through the facility, particularly focusing on processing incoming products through the Receiving Department.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe work environment for team members.
  • Investigate and report any safety incidents or violations, conducting Department Safety Orientation Trainings.
  • Accountable for following Quality Management System policies and procedures, owning area Layered Process Audits.
  • Conduct accurate research and investigation into specific Return Material Authorization (RMA) shipments.
  • Process incoming Enovis Surgical products using ImplantBase and Oracle applications.
  • Execute Continuous Improvement culture by applying Enovis Growth Excellence (EGX).
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional departments to provide input on corrective actions for abnormal conditions.
  • Promote effective cooperation across departments and lead through change.
  • Recommend input on process design and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure daily operational goals are met and escalate any abnormal conditions.
  • Participate in area walks to maintain 5S standards and ensure the team has resources to perform effectively.
  • Work Order prioritization, completion, and WIP staging within the work area.
  • Ensure adherence to appropriate WIP limits and address inventory discrepancies and shortages promptly.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
