The Distribution Professional is involved in packing products, picking orders, operating machinery and equipment, loading vehicles, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The Distribution Professional is expected to follow timelines and quality standards set by the company. This is a position that requires working on the floor alongside fellow team members in order to fulfill the needs of the bakery. As such, this role requires an outstanding work ethic, a gritty “can do” attitude, operational excellence, and diligent work behavior. This is an entry level role, and we are happy to teach you all you need to know to succeed here. The Production Professional team propels the company forward by doing the daily work to the best of their ability and capacity. Each individual contribution is small but mighty.
