About The Position
The position involves exercising technical and administrative supervision over subordinate workers, planning the use of workers, equipment, facilities, and materials based on workload projections. Responsibilities include establishing deadlines, priorities, and work sequences, determining the number and types of workers needed for specific projects, assigning work, monitoring progress, inspecting completed work, setting performance standards, counseling employees, initiating disciplinary actions, and maintaining work reports and records.
