About The Position

The Distribution Process Analyst role at Kelly Services involves working closely with a Global client in Memphis, TN, to optimize the management of quarantined products at the Distribution Center. The analyst will focus on reducing product scrap, ensuring timely disposition of products, and collaborating with various partners to maintain inventory levels while minimizing financial impacts. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analytics.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools for data visualization and reporting, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Effective communication skills with a diverse clientele and coworkers.
  • Ability to work in compliance with high-quality standards and policies.

Nice To Haves

  • Power Automate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assess finished goods for different types of quarantined products and develop work instructions for future disposition.
  • Ensure timely and complete product dispositions from stock and inventory quarantine cages.
  • Collect data on reasons for quarantine damage to enable analysis and develop solutions to maximize product availability.
  • Develop digital solutions to increase efficiency in deploying solutions to meet business demands.
  • Collaborate with other distribution centers to leverage learnings and solutions across major distribution centers.
  • Influence and collaborate with different functions to ensure timely disposition completion.
  • Support investigations and troubleshooting to minimize products entering inventory quarantine cages.
  • Work with inbound teams to resolve inbound issues related to company products.
  • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
  • Follow all company guidelines related to health, safety, and environmental practices.
