POSITION SUMMARY: To keep track of the product as it comes over on the carts from Production, and to return the empty carts to Production.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, the Packer/Transfer must be self-motivated, able to problem solve, detail-oriented, and able to stay on task.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish a versatile and evolving workload.
Excellent in all forms of communication.
Innovative, problem solver, flexible, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt well to change.

Responsibilities

Conducts an inspection of product quality and counts on cart items before loading.
Conducts visual inspection to ensure non-cart items are stacked with the correct number of trays.
Verify product counts are correct with the distribution checker.
Verify product counts match BOL.
Identifies problems with outgoing and returning carts and equipment.
Reports all findings to Foreman/Supervision.
Maintain all Safety Regulations, GMPs, company policies, and procedures as required.
All other tasks as directed by management.
