"This posting includes opportunities with both Dow and Diamond Infrastructure Solutions ("Diamond Infra"). If the position is aligned with Diamond Infra, you will be seconded from Dow to Diamond Infrastructure Solutions until January 1, 2027. At that time, the role will transition to be directly aligned with the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions company." Requirements

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Work overtime and holidays as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must have a current, valid, United States driver license.
  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
  • Risk Awareness: Follow strict safety protocols and use PPE to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Mechanical Principles: Operate and monitor distribution equipment efficiently and accurately.
  • Detail Oriented: The ability to identify equipment requiring maintenance, clear and tag equipment, and issue Safe Work Permits for maintenance and project work.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively and work cooperatively to optimize processes.
  • Adaptability: Adjust to rotating shifts, overtime, and changing operational needs.
