About The Position

The purpose of this position is to be the primary support in processing and monitoring inbound receiving and outbound store shipments for Distribution and managing the startup and final daily distribution operational needs. This includes detailed planning, coordinating, and communicating with managers, vendors, and distribution associates. The responsibilities listed on this position analysis are not intended to be all-inclusive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

be at least 18 years old
be able to successfully complete battery of Clerical & Microsoft Skills tests (before his or her start date in the position)
be able to work nights
be able to work a variable work schedule including holidays and weekends
have six months of Distribution or office experience
be able to multitask
be able to work in a stressful environment
be able to work independently with little supervision
be able to maintain confidential information
have organizational skills
have oral communication skills and proper phone etiquette
have written communication skills
have interpersonal skills
have time management skills
have problem solving skills
have knowledge of SAS, DALLAS, Infor, Marwood, Host and TDPS (Driver Performance)
have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access
