As a Distribution Operations Intern you will play an active role in the operation of a fast paced multi-million-dollar distribution center. For 12 weeks during the summer, you will join our Distribution Operations team in one of our distribution centers across the US and receive an exceptional experience through a mix of on-the-job training, project management experience and ongoing mentorship from your leadership team. Through this internship, you'll have the opportunity to learn from and shadow distribution leaders, gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our distribution model, participate and contribute to process improvement initiatives, provide insights and collaborate with business partners and leaders, and actively participate in advising specific functions within the Distribution Center. Interns will be given the opportunity to manage and lead a process improvement project that supports a key facility/organizational initiative and give a final presentation to the US executive leadership team upon completion of the internship.
