About The Position

Join the #1 beer distributor delivering beverages to your local stores and restaurants! We select, stock, and sell brands such as Modelo, Coors, Heineken, Fireball, and many more! The Operations Supervisor manages daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling manpower, assigning drivers and vehicles to convey freight. You will coordinate drivers according to customer requests and determine driver's needs, notifying them of assignments and entering them into the database while in compliance with DOT regulations. This role ensures quality standards and productivity standards are achieved in the warehouse, meeting customer schedules and maximizing operational efficiency. Additionally, you'll coach and supervise the warehouse team ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of related experience and 0 to 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 6+ years of specific experience and 1 to 2+ years of supervisory experience.
