The Job: As a Distribution Operations Manager you’ll be part of our Distribution team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or other related field
• 6+ years of demonstrated effectiveness in a distribution or manufacturing environment, leading a team.
• Proficient computer skills: including Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Automated DCs is a plus
• Experience with SAP, WMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the distribution center, ensuring efficient and effective operations
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement based on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People
• Develop and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Analyze production and operating reports to address and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance challenges, minimizing costs and delays.
• Formulate comprehensive operations business plans encompassing program requirements, labor hours, cycle times, costs, and company image.
• Lead change initiatives within the distribution center, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Drive a safety-first mindset throughout the operation
