Requirements

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or a 2-year degree program.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Ability to learn the business and a strong work ethic.
• Availability for the full duration of the summer internship program.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of warehouse associates while keeping efficiency and safety top of mind.
• Work on a process improvement project and give a final presentation to Distribution executive team members upon completion of the internship.
• Learn how to lead and develop teams with varying strengths.
• Actively collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center.
• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our off-price business model.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
