About The Position
Join TJX as a Distribution Operations Intern and immerse yourself in a dynamic and collaborative environment where no two days are the same. Our Distribution Centers are crucial for delivering new products to TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra, Winners, Homesense, and TK Maxx. This internship offers hands-on experience in a global logistics operation that manages millions of units in inventory. You will receive extensive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced leaders, allowing you to grow your skills and embrace various opportunities within the company. Throughout this 12-week summer internship, you will actively participate in the daily operations of a Fortune 100 company, leading a team of warehouse associates while prioritizing efficiency and safety. You will also engage in professional development, networking, and volunteer events, providing you with a well-rounded experience at TJX. Additionally, you will work on a process improvement project and present your findings to the Distribution Executive Team at the end of your internship. This internship is designed for rising Juniors and Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students in a 2-year degree program. You will learn how to lead and develop diverse teams, collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center, and gain insights into the full lifecycle of our off-price business model.
