Requirements

• Candidates must be rising Juniors or Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in a 2-year degree program.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Willingness to accommodate a flexible work schedule depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of warehouse associates while keeping efficiency and safety top of mind.
• Participate in a process improvement project and present findings to Distribution executive team members.
• Learn how to lead and develop teams with varying strengths.
• Collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center.
• Shadow TJX operations leaders to gain insights into the business.
