Support a team of warehouse associates while keeping efficiency and safety top of mind.
Participate in daily operations of the distribution center.
Work on a process improvement project and present findings to the Distribution executive team.
Collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center.
Learn how to lead and develop teams with varying strengths.

Candidates must be rising Juniors or Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in a 2-year degree program.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Strong communication skills.
Confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Ability to learn the business and a strong work ethic.
Availability for the full duration of the summer internship program.
