Requirements

• Candidates must be rising Juniors or Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in a 2-year degree program
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Ability to learn the business and a strong work ethic
• Availability for the full duration of the summer internship program

Responsibilities

• Support a team of warehouse associates while keeping efficiency and safety top of mind
• Participate in a process improvement project and present findings to Distribution executive team members
• Learn how to lead and develop teams with varying strengths
• Collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center
• Shadow TJX operations leaders and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the off-price business model
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives
