Support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations
Participate in a process improvement project
Give a final presentation to Distribution executive team members
Collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center
Learn how to lead and develop teams with varying strengths
Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the off-price business model

Candidates must be rising Juniors or Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in a 2-year degree program
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Availability for the full duration of the summer internship program

Genuine curiosity about a long-term career within supply chain and operations
