About The Position

Mastronardi offers a structured, 10-week internship program that runs three times per year, during the Spring, Summer and Fall. This internship provides students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn from industry professionals. Requirements

Must be currently enrolled at University - Junior or Senior.
Must be a strong communicator
A fast learner who can grasp abstract processes after little exposure
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in computer-use skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Deliver complex out-of-the-box solutions to business process issues utilizing existing Microsoft suite applications.
To analyze, monitor and review KPI performance and inventory levels on a weekly/monthly basis.
Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, opportunity and risks, and forecasting.
Carry out complex work assignments with general direction from the leadership team and work autonomously to meet needs of the project and timelines.
Work closely within operations, warehouse, planning and buying departments to support company future goals and strategies.
Liaise with internal departments, when necessary, to obtain answers to urgent or complex customer problems and inquiries.
Document processes and procedures.
