The individuals selected for this position are responsible for managing the daily warehouse operation function, customer order fulfilment functions and associated processes/procedures. provide an extraordinary service for both internally, to all areas of the business, and external customers. Always ensuring the company goals and objectives are being met by all associates.

  • Recruits, hires, and ensures training of new warehouse employees.
  • Ensures all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-efficient way.
  • Monitor supervisors and associates productivity and performance expectations
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Able to delegate and prioritize essential job duties and responsibilities.
  • Ability to learn and perform subordinates job descriptions included but not limited to warehouse supervisors and wholesale associates
  • Maintain and teach organization skills for the success the team
  • Responsible for maintaining production, productivity, quality, and extraordinary customer service
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and forecast workload for the facility
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing processes and procedures.
  • Prepares and implements production and quality plans based around customer service standards
  • Responsible for maintenance and training for all industrial equipment
  • Partner with HR and upper management for employee coaching and training
  • Create and review weekly or by-weekly schedule for all associates.
  • Monitor and supervise associates attendance and punctuality
  • Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by upper management.
  • Ensures a clean workplace
  • Working in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA
  • Possess time management skills and be able to prioritizes tasks and meet the demands of the day
  • Attendance and Timeliness is required. This is not a job you can do from home

  • 1-2 years of Operations Manager or relevant role, excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
  • high school diploma or a general education degree (GED)
  • ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions or memos. You must be able to talk and communicate with coworkers and guests.
  • knowledgeable of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. We expect you to be able to create scheduling and delegating tasks, plan meetings, share and configuring calendars electronically.
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals without the aid of calculator or abacus.

  • Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and must be available 80% or more of all shifts each week.
  • ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with proper tools. You must be able to use an industrial machine to move pallets up to 2400 pounds.
  • excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills, lead by example, develop team members to maximize work production, support all company directives, and be dedicated to the company's core values. They must be able to manage a group of employees on a nightly basis.
  • Candidates must be familiar with Fleet /Route Management, Order Pulling, Inventory, Restocking, Merchandising and be able to use a Standing Pallet Jack and Standing Forklift.
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory/ managerial role. They will manage a team and implement policies, as well as handle human resources tasks.
  • Experienced in a production geared facility
  • Experienced in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proven experience in a warehouse and distribution center
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and logistics operations
  • Familiarity with shipping & receiving processes
  • Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday
  • Candidate must obtain a TABC Seller Server Certification prior to start date and be 21 or older.
  • All applicants must be 21 or older and have a valid TX DL.
  • Wholesale Distribution experience is a PLUS!
  • Warehouse Supervisor Experience is a MUST!!!
  • Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance is preferred
