About The Position
Avantor is looking for a Distribution Manager to oversee all material handling operations for the multi-shift site. Reporting to the Global Supply Chain and Distribution Organization, this role holds significant accountability to the site Director and department counterparts. The Warehousing and Distribution teams ensure that Avantor's production operations are consistently supplied with materials, facilitating seamless day-to-day operations. The Distribution Manager is responsible for directing the daily activities of the warehouse, including labor scheduling, supervision and proper utilization of space and equipment. This role will be a full-time position based out of our Paris, KY office.
