About The Position

In this position the Associate will operate a forklift, articulating forklift and hoists to store and retrieve product from shelves for production needs and outbound product shipping. Responsibilities also include skid wash entry and exit, inspecting transmission and engine shipping containers for damage, verifying straps and removing exterior labels before cleaning the shipping containers of oil and debris and preparing for orders are requested by production.

Requirements

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
• The ability to use handheld tools such as Hand Scanners
• Standing: Occasionally
• Walking: Occasionally
• Sitting: Frequently
• Stooping (forward leaning): Frequently
• Must Complete Powered Industrial Truck Training
