Distribution Lead - 2nd Shift
About The Position
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on distribution lead to overseeing daily operations in our distribution. This position requires basic knowledge of order picking and packing. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Requirements
- 0-1 Years with high school diploma/degree/equivalent

- Proficiency in WM
- Experience working in a Distribution center.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Train and supervise material handlers as needed.
- Help resolve any picking issue that may occur.
- Move material handlers to different zones as need it.
- Lifting, standing, bending, reaching, required.
- Process orders for Internal/External customers meet all specified handling requirements.
- Performs other duties as required.
