We are hiring for Distribution - Forklift operators on our 3rd shift. You will work onsite at our manufacturing facility in Kent WA. You will report to the shift supervisor and join a team of 235 plus team members.

Requirements

• Must follow plant work standards, high quality and productivity standards per plant requirements.
• Must understand safety/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
• Meet internal and external customer expectations through teamwork, respect and willingness to help and support others.
• Treat all team members with respect and maintain with peers, leadership and customers.
• You will improve performance and work process through feedback, risk taking, and generating new ideas.
• Understand their responsibility to report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate actions.
• Confront issues and communicate with all levels within the plant,
• Accept accountability and responsibility for one's work.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work varying hours and shifts, and Occasional to Frequent overtime.
• Must be certified on forklift operation, passing both the written and behind-the-wheel test and pass annually re-certification.
• Minimum 2 years of previous forklift driving. Must have driven a Forklift within the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Can rotate to all positions of Distribution Specialist.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Can work overtime to meet production deadlines.
• Other Distribution Specialist tasks as assigned.
• You will report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
