This is a DOT safety-sensitive position. Any applicant transferring into this department from a non-safety-sensitive position will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Any applicant transferring into the department or filling this position from the outside will be required to provide after hours and weekend emergency coverage on a rotating basis (on-call coverage). Key Responsibilities Assists in laying and grading of mains and services, installation of leak clamps and other Distribution fittings. Operates pneumatic paving breakers, jackhammers, tampers and other tools. Drives truck as required. Helps keep trucks and other equipment clean and orderly. Upon completion of training, operate backhoe and other earth moving equipment in conjunction with CNG Operations. Perform fueling, oiling and greasing of earth moving equipment. Perform other related work as required. Perform the above in accordance with safety practices of the company.
