About The Position

TRC is hiring an Electric Distribution Designer II. This position will be working within our Power Distribution Engineering team and a part of our growing Power Sector. The role involves performing detailed design work including the preparation of drawings, specifications, and estimates for review and approval by the responsible engineer. The designer shall provide limited direction to Designers and Technicians on assigned projects and may be required to act as design leader on projects of minor complexity.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or 5+ years distribution engineering experience.
• 1 year of satisfactory experience as Designer I required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed design work including the preparation of drawings, specifications, and estimates for review and approval by the responsible engineer.
• Provide limited direction to Designers and Technicians on assigned projects.
• Act as design leader on projects of minor complexity.
