Responsibilities

• Greet stakeholders and manage calls to ensure efficient office operations.
• Package and distribute payroll checks and handle inbound/outbound mail.
• Assist departments with data entry, document scanning, and reprints such as W2s and pay stubs.
• Handle high call volumes and route inquiries to the appropriate contact.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and relationships with vendors and couriers.
• Build and maintain positive interactions with clients, employees, and internal teams.
