As a Distribution Coordinator at MKS Instruments, you will be supporting the business by performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. In this role, you will report to the Inventory Control Supervisor. You Will Make an Impact By: · Responsible for performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment · Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary · Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped · Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment · Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines · May prepare kitting packages for assembly production and customers Skills You Bring: · Experience in shipping, receiving and stores, and reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills · 2+ years of related experience Preferred Skills: · Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred Physical Demands and Working Conditions: · Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs · Ability to remain in a stationary position for 80% of the time · Frequently positions self to perform tasks and positions objects below, at, and above shoulder level · Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand · Operates in a manufacturing/warehousing environment Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Pay Range: $15.28 - $28.38 USD Hourly. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role. Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
