Requirements

2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, or similar role
ERP system experience, SAP preferred
Customer Service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with cross-functional communication.
Strong written communication and email etiquette required.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred
Cycle counting experience preferred

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the DC shared email inbox; ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses.
Partner with Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory teams to resolve customer or internal inquiries.
Update ERP transactions, reports, or shipment records as needed (training available).
Assist with cycle counts, reconciliation, and order documentation when necessary.
Provide general administrative support for the DC, including reporting, filing, and communication tracking.
Uphold strong attention to detail and ownership of inquiries from start to resolution.
