About The Position

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that keeps everything running behind the scenes? Utz Quality Foods is looking for a Distribution Clerk to support our warehouse operations at our Hanover, PA facility. This position works Friday to Sunday 5:30 PM-5:30 AM. In this role, you'll help manage the flow of inventory and shipments by verifying documentation, updating systems, and coordinating with carriers and suppliers. Requirements

Previous clerical or administrative experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
Familiarity with Blue Yonder WMS or similar systems is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and filing skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Verify and process incoming shipment documentation to ensure accuracy.
Update inventory records in our Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) to keep things running seamlessly.
Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth deliveries.
Prepare and process shipping documentation for outgoing shipments.
Update order statuses and inventory in WMS to keep everything up-to-date.
Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
Generate reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager as needed
