About The Position

If so, we invite you to apply. We are seeking Seasonal Distribution Clerks - Swing Shift to join our Distribution Center in Loveland, CO. This is a full-time seasonal opportunity through June 30, 2026. Schedule: January - Mid-February: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Mid-February - June 30: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime This role is responsible for shipment order processing, material handling, and logistics/inventory software use. You’ll be part of a team that ensures products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently, while maintaining quality standards and supporting ministry impact through operational excellence. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, able to multi-task, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a high-volume production or distribution environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to frequently lift 45 pounds unassisted and over 45 pound on occasion
  • Stand and move for 8-10 hours
  • Repetitive movements (reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and prioritize work
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use shipping software
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment
  • Comfortable working in a busy, noisy warehouse environment
  • Basic math skills and ability to work with units of measure

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately
  • Replenish materials and report deviations from standard processes
  • Inspect orders for accuracy and product quality
  • Package products securely to ensure damage-free delivery
  • Create proper carton labeling for shipments
  • Monitor and report on shipping supplies and equipment
  • Record accurate shipping information in warehouse systems
  • Deliver incoming mail and packages promptly
  • Prepare and deliver outgoing packages to carriers on time
  • Perform inventory transactions in WMS and related systems
  • Maintain knowledge of all Distribution Center tasks, including receiving, warehousing, delivery, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Participate in process improvement initiative
