As a member of the After Sales Service Center, the Reporting Specialist provides high quality data reporting support and problem resolution within a team environment.
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between After Sales team operations and business stakeholders (both internal and external)
Prepare, track and report operational KPIs to the business on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Own the data collection & validation of operational data within team operations
Utilize reported KPI's to suggest process improvements, and implement new procedures as necessary
Provide troubleshooting support, operational process SOP creation support, Write-In preparation and other related activities as part of operations support
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent or at least 1 year of prior relevant work experience
Working knowledge of SAP
Strong proficiency with MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint in particular
Experience in operations environment
Ability to influence; strong organizational & interpersonal skills
Strong blend of analytical, decision making, and creative problem solving skills
Strong communications, presentation, and project management skills
Collaborator - ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to define and execute programs and build consensus for best results
Ability to work under deadline requests in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested
