As a Distribution Center Warehouse Associate, you'll be the backbone of our operation! No two days are the same! Every day, you might expect:

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Team player who works independently when needed
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it

Responsibilities

• Pick and process orders with precision and speed
• Move HVAC equipment and materials throughout our facility
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure accuracy
• Maintain inventory records and warehouse organization
• Work safely while meeting productivity goals
