We are hiring 1st Shift Warehouse Equipment Operators for our new Distribution Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Here’s a quick rundown of the schedule details for the first few weeks of employment: Training Schedule: You’ll start off with an 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule while you complete onboarding and training. This will take place at our Ferguson Beltsville location - 11730 Baltimore Avenue; Beltsville, Md 20705. Regular Schedule: Upon DC opening (approximately the end of March 2026) you’ll move into your regular hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM at our Upper Marlboro location; 15801 Queens Court; Upper Marlboro, Md 20774. Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance
• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environment
• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
