About The Position

As a Distribution Center Support Associate , you will fulfill a key role in the successful daily operation of the Distribution Center for the shipping/receiving of products, inventory, Help Line, floral and HR/Payroll administration. Your general knowledge of office practices, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and excellent verbal communication skills are key attributes needed to successfully provide administrative and quality control support in various functions of the Distribution Center. Your flexibility and open availability is required to support o ur Distribution center which is open 24-hours a day, 7-days a week . Requirements

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or G.E.D. plus one (1) year of related work experience in distribution.
  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of general clerical practices, methods, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to effectively use and maintain a variety of filing systems and records.
  • Ability to work independently; be flexible in changing work priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to act in a responsive manner to store inquiries and requests.
  • Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to obtain aerial lift certification.
  • The Distribution Center is open 24-hours a day, 7-days a week and requires open availability to work all shifts .
