About The Position
As a Distribution Center Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by leading approximately 50 production hourly 2nd Shift employees, implementing process improvements in the area of Safety, Quality, and Productivity at the DeKalb Distribution Centers, determining staffing deployments and task prioritizations for the crew, supporting Lean Six Sigma annual cost savings goals, and leading 2nd Shift Lean Management System Tier meetings. You will also be available to work weekends or other shifts as required.
