About The Position

Primary Responsibilities: Sales supervisor within DC structure Manage Delivery/Pickup Schedule Lead Admin/Front Desk Responsibilities Key Account Manager Sales/Operations/Management and Customer Support: Oversee Transfers between Distribution Centers Order Allocation Tag Printing Banking/Deposits/AR Payments Backup for Distribution Center Manager Sales prospecting Other duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities: Safety - all employees are responsible for maintaining a safe workplace. Communicate safety issues to your supervisor immediately. Share ideas to improve safety. Engage, and participate in all proactive safety training. Accountability - understand the requirement to meet all timelines and expectations with a positive attitude. Engage with upper management and other staff members to develop a positive culture of accountability. GGOB – engage in all department and company huddles by actively listening to all information communicated. Interject ideas and questions during the huddles or workday regarding financial status and strategic direction of the department/company. Participate in efforts to develop a positive workplace culture and be actively engaged in your work. Brand Harmony – learn, understand, and live our brand with all internal and external customer interactions. Use core values every day. Maintain 5S principles Monitor and report maintenance and repairs on equipment, buildings, greenhouses etc. Be responsible for assigned tools and equipment Know and enforce SANC policy and procedures Learn to recognize unusual plant related issues (insects, foliar disorders, etc.) Report issues to Manager Propagation/Production. Train on equipment operation as determined to perform jobs required Spring order processing and plant maintenance Licensed driver for deliveries Perform other duties that may be assigned to you

Requirements

  • Possess basic computer skills, including use of MS Office
  • Strong plant/horticulture/landscape knowledge
  • Strong and effective written and verbal communication
  • Effective ability to delegate tasks in a team environment
  • Ability to operate equipment including skidsteer and forklift
  • Minimum 3 years experience in tasks as outlined in this position description
