About The Position

We are seeking a Full-Time Delivery/Transfer (inter company) driver who will deliver our product to our customers & other Packer Fastener Branches. Local deliveries will be made in a transit van or truck which will require a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Must be able to obtain coverage through company's auto insurance carrier according to company Driver Safety Policy. The transfer deliveries will be made primarily using a 26 foot flatbed truck which will require the candidate to hold a current Fed Med card or to become certified upon offer.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain coverage through company's auto insurance carrier according to Driver Safety Policy.
• Familiarity with delivery territory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly detailed individual with a focus on accuracy.
• Well-organized team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers and other Packer Fastener Branches.
• Make local deliveries using a transit van or truck.
• Handle transfer deliveries primarily using a 26 foot flatbed truck.
