Requirements

• Proficient at typing and basic computer operation
• Intermediate English Language proficiency
• Clerical, word processing, and office skills
• High attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a clerical position and/or Administrative Support preferred
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training

Responsibilities

• Track and check in drivers and trailers from receiving office or guard shack
• Perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and copying
• Gather information from accounts, applications, or spreadsheets and transfers into a standard format or database
• Prepare data for computer entry by compiling, sorting, and verifying information
• Perform other related clerical duties as assigned

Benefits

• Minimum Starting Rate: $16.50 Hourly
• Up to: $19.75 Hourly
• Eligibility for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives
