The position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Tireco's 1.1M sq. ft. distribution center. This includes executing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations programs, as well as personnel policies and procedures. The role requires collaboration with the DC Administration Manager to maintain adequate staffing levels and ensure operational efficiency. The individual will be accountable for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to safety, labor efficiency, picking accuracy, shipping accuracy, cycle count accuracy, and turnover. Additionally, the position involves reconciling the Warehouse Management System, developing strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and ensuring a safe and orderly warehouse environment.
