The position combines operational and project management responsibilities, focusing on meeting logistics objectives, mobilizing resources, and leading the development of staff. The DC Manager plays a key role in improving adherence to standard operating policies and procedures, supporting strategic business initiatives on a daily basis, and maintaining a strong understanding of logistics organizational objectives. Regular interaction with other managers across the organization is required, as well as the selection, development, and evaluation of subordinate employees' performance, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
