About The Position

Generates purchase orders and maintains inventory of parts and equipment. Manages the maintenance budget to minimize costs. Manages preventative maintenance programs and day-to-day maintenance tasks. Participates and/or leads in projects that align with the strategic goals that require partnering with Engineering, Safety Coordinator, and Management. Supervises maintenance contractors to ensure that deadlines are met and contracts are followed. Engages in employee engagement/morale, coaching & developing, policy & procedure, and employee life cycle activities. Executes proper training and cross-training of areas to ensure flexibility to meet current and future repairs and/or minimize costs. Provides coaching and development for direct reports including performance management. Creates and maintains a positive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4-year college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience (Maintenance and/or distribution center experience preferred).
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and/or shifts.
• Must be authorized to work legally in the United States.
