About The Position

As an Under Armour Distribution Center Intern, you’ll be introduced to the exciting and fast-paced environment of supply chain that is the heartbeat of UA. Throughout this 8-week program you’ll be partnered with leadership and given hands-on experience and knowledge that will build a strong foundation for a future career in the supply chain setting. In this time, you will be empowered with responsibilities and tasks that will provide ample knowledge of the entire supply chain life cycle. To be eligible for our Summer Intern program, you must be a high school student between the ages of 16 & 17 years old. Purpose of RoleThis role has big-time impact! Participates in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House. Performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials Responsible for manual tasks associated with the processing of orders. Responsible for manual and computerized tasks associated with the processing of orders.

Requirements

Must be a local high school student between the ages of 16 & 17 years old.
Must reside within commuting distance from our Mt. Juliet, TN facility

Responsibilities

Package and process orders
Maintain safe and organized working environment
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust and mop.
Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
Assists with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas. Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks.
Packaging of orders.
Processing of orders.
Consistently at work and on time.
Other duties as assigned.
