Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an HR Manager to join our Distribution Center team located in Frostproof, FL. This position is an on-site opportunity that also includes oversight of locations in Florida and Georgia. As the HR Manager, you will collaborate on and align with Ferguson's HR strategy and operating model. You will network with US-based HR to establish and implement consistent practices, processes, and metrics in support of the HR strategy and goals. Your role will involve effectively partnering with site operations leadership to ensure the implementation of HR initiatives, programs, systems, and other HR elements are well executed, driving the achievement of site operational goals and objectives. You will contribute to the development and implementation of HR site goals, objectives, projects, and systems, ensuring that all aspects of associate performance management systems, processes, and procedures are in place and equitably performed through site leadership, in line with company policies and expectations. Additionally, you will work with shared services to utilize resources for execution, develop partnerships for recruiting and hiring practices, and ensure effective onboarding for all newly hired associates. You will support HR annual process execution, including performance management, compensation, workforce, and talent planning. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating and delivering training on various topics, ensuring legal compliance by observing and implementing applicable federal and state employment requirements, and representing the organization in external employment-related matters. As a member of the site leadership team, you will participate in related meetings and represent/review local business needs, policies, guidelines, and associate interests.
