Ferguson is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our Distribution Center Team and help shape the employee experience. This is an onsite opportunity at our Richland, WA Distribution Center. The position supports 100 hourly team members and 9 exempt leaders. It centers on associate engagement, leadership development, and encouraging a positive, high-performance culture throughout the Distribution Center. The HR Generalist serves as a trusted partner to both hourly associates and front‑line leaders, providing guidance on performance management, talent development, policy interpretation, etc. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational excellence by ensuring consistent HR practices, fostering open communication, and championing initiatives that enhance retention, inclusion, and overall associate experience. The HR Generalist will also collaborate closely with the DC leadership team on staffing strategies, training programs, succession planning, and change management efforts to support a rapidly evolving, fast‑paced logistics environment.
