Distribution Center Claims Resolution Specialist
About The Position
As a Claims Investigator, you will be researching shortage claims based on calls received from our customer locations. These investigations will aid in reducing shrink exposure at C&S, as well as the customers we service. This position will report directly to the Claims Manager and conduct detailed investigations by recovering all documentation regarding Customer shortage requests ensuring that all pending claims are researched and processed within the agreed upon time frames. Research will utilize video surveillance as a research tool. Conduct telephone interviews with store management Provide documentation packets to warehouse supervision for employee training and or corrective action Interface with multiple departments to aid in investigations
Requirements
- Knowledge of warehouse operations are essential
- Knowledge of C&S warehouse and office system applications
