About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient processing and management of orders for our E-store and brick-and-mortar locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, specifically with Yellow Dog inventory software, and will be responsible for maintaining the organization of our warehouse.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy items, as required in a warehouse environment
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred
• Driver’s license is preferred
• Experience with inventory management software, particularly Yellow Dog, is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Responsibilities

• Accurately check and process customer orders for our E-store, ensuring prompt and correct fulfillment
• Receive and process orders for our brick-and-mortar locations, coordinating with store managers to meet inventory needs
• Utilize Yellow Dog inventory software to track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accurate inventory records
• Pick and prepare replenishments for our retail locations, ensuring that all items are correctly packed and labeled
• Restock stores as needed, coordinating with retail staff to keep shelves fully stocked and organized
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, ensuring all items are stored safely and efficiently
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading shipments, packaging orders, and managing warehouse supplies
• Perform other basic warehouse tasks as assigned, including assisting with inventory counts and helping to manage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Pick, prepare, and deliver replenishments to retail stores
• Perform other tasks as assigned
